Step 1 · SourceStart with the product that actually exists.

Upload real product photos or digital artwork. A plain phone photo on a clean surface is enough to begin; extra angles help when a later image needs to show the back, a closure, or a label. These files become the Source, the truth anchor every later image and sentence is checked against. If you sell on Etsy or WooCommerce, you can import an existing listing instead; its text and photos arrive as a proposal for you to review, never as accepted facts.

Step 2 · FactsReview the facts before asking for finished pixels.

AI analysis proposes what the photos show: the product type, visible materials and colors, distinguishing details, and what is still unknown. You accept, correct, or leave each item unknown. Nothing downstream treats a guess as a fact.

• Confirmed details are preserved over suggestions.
• Analysis failure remains visible and retryable.
• Uncertain or failed analysis stays visible and must be retried or corrected before grounded downstream work.

Step 4 · PlanReview the plan and cost before paid pixels.

An accepted Source becomes a reviewable image plan with an explicit quote before any paid image work.

• The plan names the intended outputs, references, and blockers before a paid request.
• Easy mode suggests a four-image set; Advanced mode lets you choose every output and format.
• Seller-confirmed facts remain authoritative over generated suggestions.

Step 5 · ReviewInspect every image against the source.

Generated output is a draft until you review product identity, visible details, composition, and marketplace fit. Approve the frames that work, reject the ones that drift, and keep every version. You can also share up to 30 selected images with a client in a private review room for comments before you approve them. Lystiva does not certify visual fidelity or guarantee a sales result.

Step 6 · CopyDraft the title and description from the same facts.

Grounded listing copy uses only confirmed facts and the images you approved. Unknown details stay out of the text until you confirm them, so the description cannot quietly promise a size, material, or feature that the photos never showed.

Step 7 · PublishSend reviewed listings to your shop, or download them.

Connect an Etsy shop or a WooCommerce store to send reviewed images, titles, and descriptions as a draft listing or as selected-field updates to an existing one. Publishing the draft is a separate step you take on purpose. For Amazon, Shopify, social, or any other destination, download a reviewed package and upload it yourself.
