Terms of use for Lystiva.

1. What Lystiva is

Lystiva is a workspace-scoped Product Content OS. A seller starts with a canonical Source for a physical item or digital artwork, reviews the facts and evidence, and can prepare visual assets, listing copy, Collections, and downloadable destination exports.

Lystiva supports seller judgment. It does not certify an image, listing claim, marketplace policy, product safety claim, production readiness, or commercial result automatically.

2. Accounts and workspaces

Accounts use Better Auth email and password authentication. Email verification is required before an account becomes active for the normal workspace flow. Keep your password, verification links, and sessions private, and tell us through the available product channel if you believe an account is compromised.

A workspace is the boundary for Sources, Studio work, assets, listing work, exports, and billing-related application state. You are responsible for the people you authorize to use an account or workspace and for the instructions those people give to the service.

Do not create duplicate accounts or manipulate account state to bypass credit, rate, workspace, provider, or marketplace limits.

3. Your content and permissions

You keep the rights you already have in the product photos, artwork, text, trademarks, logos, model references, shop material, and other content you submit. You must have the rights, permissions, and consents needed for Lystiva to process that content and for you to use the resulting work.

When you submit content, you give Lystiva the limited, non-exclusive permission needed to store it, make working copies, analyze it, transform it, send the relevant request to an enabled service provider, and display it inside your authorized workspace. This permission exists only to operate and improve the requested service; it does not transfer ownership of your submitted content to Lystiva.

Do not submit another person's private material, a person's likeness, or a protected work unless you are authorized to use it for the requested purpose. Person references and similar identity-sensitive inputs may be subject to additional product consent and capability checks.

4. Sources, AI output, and review

A Source is the factual root for downstream work. Lystiva may propose facts, questions, coverage, prompts, plans, or copy, but seller-confirmed and corrected facts take priority and unknown facts remain unknown.

Generated images, generation plans, listing copy, and other outputs are drafts for seller review. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, visually inconsistent, similar to other work, unsuitable for a destination, or unable to support a product claim. Review dimensions, materials, included items, personalization, pricing, shipping, taxonomy, safety, certification, origin, performance, and every other consequential claim before using or publishing an output.

You are responsible for the final content you export, publish, advertise, or otherwise make available. Lystiva does not promise that an output is eligible for a marketplace, complies with a platform's rules, or will produce sales, traffic, ranking, conversion, or other business results.

5. Studio work and generated pixels

The Studio offers seven Source-based workflows: Creative Product Shoot, Catalog Photography, Listing Graphics, Products & People, Mockups, Social & Ads, and Campaigns & Storefront. Every new generated pixel is sent through the configured GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst Edit transport; pre-cutover operations retain their original provider identity for lookup-only recovery; availability may be restricted by Source evidence, exact-copy authority, consent, format, runtime, storage, billing, budget, or operator gates. Collections organize Sources and do not generate images.

A supported single-image generation uses one credit. A supported 2×2 Economy grid request uses two credits without changing the approved output formats. Source analysis, planning, review, existing-version activation, and listing copy do not consume customer image credits, but provider and rate limits still apply.

Credits are reserved before a paid provider request and settle only when the exact usable version activates. A definite failure can release the matching reservation. An uncertain provider outcome may remain in flight and reserved until reconciliation or reviewed abandonment. A valid generation is not automatically refundable because the seller prefers a different creative result.

6. Billing, subscriptions, and credits

Subscription, checkout, payment, refund, and credit-grant state is processed through the configured billing provider and the current pricing information shown by Lystiva. A successful checkout screen alone does not change application authority; the service relies on verified billing events.

The free plan currently receives a one-time two-credit welcome grant after email verification. Paid subscriptions and top-ups have the expiration, cancellation, refund, upgrade, downgrade, renewal, and debt behavior described by the current pricing contract. Credits are usage units, not cash, and do not create a right to a cash payment.

Cancellation does not automatically delete generated assets or exports. Workspace lifecycle, billing, credit, audit, and external-provider records can have different retention requirements.

7. Destination exports and marketplaces

A Listing Intent records an explicit destination, package, and copy-channel decision without changing Source identity. Destination exports are downloadable packages for seller review and manual upload.

Preparing or downloading an export does not publish it or send it to a marketplace. You choose what to upload and remain responsible for reviewing the files and copy first.

You remain responsible for marketplace rules, shop settings, listing accuracy, taxes, shipping, customer obligations, intellectual-property rights, and any content you publish.

8. Acceptable use

You may use Lystiva only for lawful product-content and commerce work you are authorized to perform. Do not use it to infringe rights, distribute malware, expose private information, impersonate a person or business, create deceptive or fabricated product claims, fabricate orders or analytics, scrape third-party services without permission, evade provider or marketplace restrictions, attack the service, or access another workspace.

Do not rely on a generated image or generated text as evidence of a fact that you have not verified. Do not use Lystiva to create regulated, safety-critical, medical, financial, legal, or marketplace-compliance claims without the separate review and authority those claims require.

9. Service changes and access

Lystiva is an evolving product. We may change, hold, limit, retire, or add workflows, outputs, destinations, pricing, and account capabilities. Some operations can be unavailable while a runtime, provider, storage, billing, budget, consent, or operator requirement is not satisfied.

We may restrict or suspend access when necessary to protect users, workspaces, providers, the service, or the public; to investigate abuse or security issues; to comply with law; or to enforce these terms. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every requested provider operation will succeed.

10. Workspace lifecycle and deletion

Workspace export and deletion are lifecycle operations with server-side previews, fences, checkpoints, and policy checks. A deletion request is not an instant erase and can be blocked when retention, billing, audit, storage, provider, or external-effect rules require review.

Workspace deletion does not automatically cancel billing or restore welcome credits. Some financial, security, reconciliation, and external-operation records may be retained or quarantined when deletion cannot safely remove them.

11. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lystiva is provided on an as-available basis without a promise that generated content will be accurate, unique, uninterrupted, secure, marketplace-compliant, or commercially successful. You make the final decision about what to upload, export, publish, or rely on.

Nothing in Lystiva replaces legal, tax, safety, intellectual-property, accessibility, marketplace, or other professional advice. You are responsible for obtaining the advice and approvals required for your products and business.
